1. Appointments
Appointments can be made online via Booksy. Walk-ins may be accepted subject to availability but are not guaranteed.
2. Cancellations
Please give at least 6 hours’ notice if you need to cancel or reschedule. Cancellations with less than 6 hours’ notice may result in a cancellation fee or loss of booking privilege.
3. Late Arrivals
If you arrive more than 10 minutes late, we may need to reschedule your appointment to avoid delays for other clients. You may be charge for this booking.
4. Refund Policy
We do not offer refunds for completed services. If you’re not satisfied, please let us know at the time of your appointment so we can make it right.
5. Conduct
We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone behaving inappropriately, disrespectfully, or in breach of health & safety guidelines.
